Three-Inch Thick Super-Foam...Our Most Popular Roof System Extra-dense one piece polystyrene foam is sandwiched in aluminum alloy skins and locked together with the added strength of structural I-beams. Our 3” Super-Foam Roof Panels are used primarily in our AllView Sunrooms and offer close to an R-15 insulating factor, for a quiet, more comfortable room. Six-Inch Thick Super-Foam...For Maximum Strength For strength and an insulating factor close to R-30, you may wish to consider our 6” Super-Foam Roof System, designed for use with either AllView or ComfortView Sunrooms. Our 6” Super-Foam panels provide maximum structural integrity and allow you to construct a larger room with a clear, unobstructed span. Our Super-Foam Roof Panels retain luster and shine longer than normal painted finishes because they are surfaced with two coats of bonded paint. A final coat of scratch resistant Krystal Kote™ is then applied as a protective seal. Krystal Kote™ is a trademark of Lilly Industrial Coatings, Inc. Both of our Super-Foam Roof Systems have been tested in accordance with model building code requirements. Super-Foam Roof Panels are available in a white or sandstone finish.
